1. Are you insured?
We are fully insured and bonded.
2. Can you protect my keys?
Using no name or address your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access.
3. Do I have to be home when you clean?
It's up to you. Most of our customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office or offer their alarm codes when they are not home.
4. How many maids will be working in my home?
Typically there a teams of 4 with a team leader, though this varies depending on the job.
5. Will I have the same team every time?
Most of the time yes, but depending on extenuating circumstances this may change.
6. Are teams fully trained and monitored?
Team members are trained before they're allowed on to our team.
7. How do I pay?
At the time of service you can pay by cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard. We require a major credit card number to reserve your spot on the schedule.
8. How much will it cost for a housecleaning?
