    Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access.

    It's up to you. Most of our customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office or offer their alarm codes when they are not home.

  • 4. How many maids will be working in my home?

    Typically, there are teams of 4 with a team leader, though this varies depending on the job.

  • 5. Will I have the same team every time?

    Most of the time, yes, but depending on extenuating circumstances, this may change.

  • 6. Are teams fully trained and monitored?

    Team members are trained before they're allowed on to our team.

  • 7. How do I pay?

    At the time of service, you can pay by cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard. We require a major credit card number to reserve your spot on the schedule.
